Baba Aman Park

Ten kilometres along the Bojnurd–Mashhad road, Baba Aman is one of the region’s oldest natural retreats. Springs rising at several points in a hillside feed tiered pools and cascades, while dense woodland and a branch of the Atrak River create a peaceful setting for rest and gentle exploration.

Mofakham Mirror House

The Mofakham Mirror House is a two-storey Qajar building celebrated for its tilework, stucco and magnificent mirrored hall. Geometric and floral motifs and finely crafted wooden doors enrich the interior, which now introduces part of the region’s documentary and manuscript heritage.

Saluk National Park

Saluk National Park protects mountain steppe, juniper woodland and deep valleys of the Kopet Dag. Its varied vegetation provides habitat for wild sheep and goats, leopard and birds of prey.

Rooyin
